If you come to dontoko, this is the place to start.Dontoko steak is characterized by its umami and tenderness.There are even regular customers who say that it is so soft that they don't need teeth.We offer low temperature cooking for 3 hours.Please try our carefully selected steak once.

Start by mashing the potatoes on the griddle.Heating the mayonnaise makes the taste mellow.A delicious marriage is completed by putting crispy thick-sliced bacon on top of crispy potato salad.(We change the potatoes we use depending on the season.) It is a traditional taste of Dontoko inherited from the late master.

That is [cleaning the beer server].The server is disassembled and cleaned twice in the morning and at night, and the barrel temperature is checked every 30 minutes.By doing so, you will be able to offer a clear and crisp drink.How about the first cup of [Tamashii no Ichiban Shibori]?
